If you run into trouble cooking your Thanksgiving feast, help is just a phone call away.

Turkey Talk-Line experts are standing by and also getting digitally savvy to answer your last minute cooking questions.  From food prep 101 to cooking mishaps and recipe advice, Talk-Line experts have been compiling years of questions and cooking knowledge to help you get through the busy day in the kitchen.

When the Talk-Line opened up twenty-nine years ago six home economists answered 11,000 phone calls in the first year alone. Today, more than 50 professionally trained nutritionists and home economists answer more than 100,000 phone calls between November and December.

The Turkey Talk-Line is 1-800-BUTTERBALL or 1-800-288-8372 and is available today from 7 am - 6:30 pm.  You can also email them at talkline@butterball.com or reach out through Facebook.

Some of the most frequently answered questions are listed here.   Please share your holiday feast photos and cooking stories on UpNorthLive's Facebook page.  Have a Happy Thanksgiving!
