Slippery conditions caused an accident and authorities are on scene.
OTSEGO COUNTY -- 8:55 p.m. UPDATE - I-75 southbound is back open.
The Otsego County Sheriff's Office says that as of 7:45 p.m. Thursday I-75 Southbound is closed because of an accident and extremely icy road conditions. The expressway is said to be very slippery and dangerous at this hour.
