Polls open from 7am to 8pm
Traverse City, Cadillac and Petoskey will elect new mayors today.
There are also some key commissioner races in several communities.
Buckley Schools in Wexford county have a bond issue on the ballot and there is a recall effort in Joyfield Township for the supervisor, clerk and treasurer.
Polls close at 8 pm tonight.
