TRAVERSE CITY -- It's a different way to spread awareness for a deadly disease. Bras will be strung, hung and displayed all along Grand Traverse Bay!
To celebrate Breast Cancer Awareness month, the first annual Bras Along the Bay will be Saturday, October 29 from 11:00 a.m. To 12:00 p.m. at Holiday Inn West Bay in Traverse City.
Bras will be strung from Holiday Inn to Sunset Park to fight Breast Cancer and raise money for the Munson Medical Center Mammography fund.
Registration is $5 per bra, which will be donated to the Women's Resource Center.
Pre-registration is recommended. You can register at Z93 studios in Radio Centre, Nifty Things on E. Front Street, Kwik Print on South Garfield, or at the Holiday Inn West Bay before 11:00 a.m. on October 29th.
