Each morning on 7&4 News Today we put the spotlight on your favorite lunch lady or cafeteria worker.
Thursday morning we gave a special salute to Karen Hertel from Traverse City West Middle School. We are told Karen is the noon duty assistant who is known for interacting with the students and always keeps track of how their day is going.
