Justin McLean will face armed robbery charges following his arrest in Wyoming.
A man who police say robbed an upper peninsula bank while his wife and toddler waited in the getaway car has ties to Cheboygan County.
The Northern Michigan Bank & Trust branch in Harvey, outside Marquette, was robbed Oct. 12.
Justin McLean's wife told the FBI she thought her husband was going into a McDonald's restaurant next to the bank when the robbery took place.
McLean, 29, was arrested in Wyoming Saturday on a fugitive from justice charge. He failed to appear for a larceny trial Oct. 11 in Cheboygan County.
McLean is expected to return to Michigan on a federal bank robbery charge.
