The 18-year-old pleaded guilty to the charges in August

TRAVERSE CITY -- A Traverse City man will spend up to 20 years in prison for breaking into a neighbors home while she was sleeping and sexually assaulting her.

Gwinnon Lord, 18,  was sentenced to 6-20 years in prison Thursday.

Lord pleaded guilty to Home Invasion-First Degree and Criminal Sexual Conduct-Third Degree in August.  A charge of First Degree C-S-C was dismissed as a part of the plea agreement.

Lord broke into a home on Webster Street in July and assaulted a 35-year-old woman.
