WOLVERINE, MI -- A disturbing case tonight out of Otsego County.
A man is charged with sexual assault after Michigan State Police say he fondled a partially disabled woman.
The suspect, 60 year-old Karl Vroman from Wolverine.
State Police say Vroman inappropriately touched the woman and tried to make her perform sexual acts on him.
He now faces two counts of criminal sexual conduct 4th degree and one count of attempted CSC 1st degree.
