TRAVERSE CITY -- Part of the reason the United Way of Northwest Michigan is able to help so many people in the region find the resources they need is because of their team of volunteers.
Executive director of the United Way of Northwest Michigan, Steve Wade says there are specific opportunities for anyone who is interested in volunteering, even if it is a one time basis. This includes young children taking part and even senior citizens.
