MESICK -- The man deputies say is responsible for a hit and run accident in Wexford County is now charged with the crime.

Jeremy Kelley, 22, of Mesick was arraigned Monday for failure to stop at a personal injury accident.  He was also charged with driving on a suspended license causing serious injury.

Investigators say a pickup truck driven by Kelley collided with a four-wheeler Saturday night in Mesick.  The driver then fled the scene.

The driver of the four-wheeler, Brian Lloyd, suffered several very serious injuries.  He's listed in fair condition at Munson Medical Center.

Kelley will be back in court for a pretrial hearing on August 9.
