TRAVERSE CITY -- It was all about supporting kid’s health and education Saturday morning at the State Theatre in Traverse City.
‘Kohl's Cares for Kids’ program handed over a check of nearly $56,000 dollars to Munson Medical Center.
The department store raises the money throughout the year by selling special ‘Kohl's Cares’ merchandise like stuffed animals and toys.
The gift will go to Munson’s Safe Kid’s Trauma Program and focus on helmet safety and head-injury prevention.
