CRAWFORD CO. -- A Crawford County family is asking for help in finding a young girl who is believed to be on her way to Alabama with her non-custodial mother.
Neveah Wiles was visiting with her mother, Cassandra Richardson, but was not returned to her dad as scheduled on Sunday. The Crawford County Sheriff issued a warrant for Richardson's arrest for kidnapping/custodial interference.
The Sheriff doesn't believe Neveah is in immediate danger which is why an Amber Alert was not issued, but they are looking into getting a fugitive team involved in the efforts to bring Neveah home.
