TRAVERSE CITY -- The Traverse City community gets it's first glimpse at the new low-income housing at the Village of Grand Traverse Commons.
Dozens of people were given a tour of the 39 brand-new units. These units are available in one or two bedrooms.
They will range in price from $500 to $700 dollars a month. To apply a renter's annual income must be in the $20,000 dollar range for a single person and up to $30,000 dollars for a family of four.
