GRAND TRAVERSE COUNTY -- The Grand Traverse County community is mourning the loss of a young woman killed in a car crash.
Erin Laffin, 22, of Grand Traverse County was killed early Monday morning. The Sheriff's Office said Laffin drove off Herkner Road in Long Lake Township and hit a tree. The crash was discovered around 5:40 AM.
7&4 News is told she was wearing a seat belt and the airbags were deployed. The investigation is ongoing.
