TRAVERSE CITY -- More than 18,000 people live with Multiple Sclerosis in Michigan. For this very reason Walk MS aims to "move toward a cure" for the disease that affects the central nervous system.
This Saturday, June 25th Walk MS 2011 Traverse City will take place at the Grand Traverse Civic Center. Registration starts at 9 a.m. with the walk itself starting at 10 a.m.
The route includes three and six mile options though Traverse City neighborhoods and downtown by the bay front.
