Folks got up bright and early in Traverse City for the Freedom Fitness Boot Camp.

Location: Silver Lake Recreation Area (East Silver Lake Rd, Traverse City)

Day/Times: Wednesdays at 6:00pm and Saturday at 9:00am

Bring a friend, water and plan on getting dirty…. Rain or shine.
