TRAVERSE CITY -- The Traverse City Visitors Bureau is looking for some models.
Organizers are asking locals to volunteer their time and smiles to some new advertising ventures in the coming year.
In the past, the Visitors Bureau has employed friends and family and they say they've tapped that resource.. so, as soon as they get the people, they'll start the ads.
Jennifer Case, Director of Publications for the Traverse City Visitor's Bureau said, "Well, we actually probably will start something next week so, we always have a lot of opportunities throughout the year. You know, also fall, winter, all times of the year. So this is just a great opportunity for us to get some more people that are interested in helping out Traverse City."
They've already held one session today. But don't worry, if you're interested, you can stop by tomorrow from 3 to 7 pm at the Traverse City Visitors Bureau located on Union street, just across from the bay.
