PETOSKEY, MI -- Support our local troops in need!  That's the message in Petoskey, and through this Friday, you can help.

The Angel Ambassadors, a non-profit made up of three local women, is raising money to meet the needs of Veterans who are facing challenging times.

A silent auction of items like a signed Ringo Star album and a boxing glove signed by Sylvester Stallone will be on display at Fletch's GMC, Buick, and Audi Wednesday through Friday, and on Friday, Veterans are invited to come on out for a free lunch, live entertainment and an antique car display.

"It's just awesome that members of the community and the businesses are eager to get involved with Angel Ambassadors and help us help the Veterans who have given everything for us," said Cathy Luginbuhl, a co-founder of Angel Ambassadors.

You can bid on the items like a signed Billy Joel album through Friday.

The Angel Ambassadors say this event is a good kick-off to Memorial Day weekend!
