MANISTEE CO. -- UPDATE 5:20 PM: A major highway is back open in Manistee County after heavy rain caused flooding concerns. 

The Road Commission fixed the flooded areas on U.S. 31 and M-22.

The roads were closed for several hours following the heavy rain.
