TRAVERSE CITY -- Certified person trainer with Total Results Cross Training, Stacy Jago talked about functional training on Monday's morning show. Jago says the training can involve everything from walking, jogging, running and even playing tennis or golf.
It can be simple and done in the comfort of your own home or even outside at a park. The exercises target your core muscles and increases joint stability, balance and flexibility among other parts of your body.
