TRAVERSE CITY -- A large portion of Traverse City is without power at this hour.
Traverse City Light & Power reports about half of the city is experiencing an electrical outage. The problem began around 5:00 PM.
Officials with TCLP say there is equipment issues at a substation and crews are working to fix the problem.
