PENTWATER -- The FBI and Pentwater Police Department are searching for a man who robbed an area bank.
It happened at the Huntington Bank at 65 S. Hancock just after noon on Tuesday. Investigators say the man gave a note to the teller claiming he had a gun. He left with an undetermined amount of cash.
The suspect is described as a white man, about 30-35 years old, 150-180 pounds, dark shoulder length hair and a dark beard.
He was seen driving a 1990's possibly a 1995 Dodge Dakota extended cab pick-up truck with a short box. Security camera pictures of the vehicle are below:
The FBI is offering a reward for information leading to an arrest. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Pentwater Police Department at 231-869-4630 or the Mason/Oceana County Central Dispatch at 231-869-5858.
