Visitation held for Buckley teen
BUCKLEY -- Friends and relatives gathered to remember the life of Haley Baldinger, a Buckley teen who was killed last Friday in a crash on her way home from spring break.
The visitation was held at the Buckley Community Gymnasium Sunday evening.
Superintendent Rick Heitmeyer says the tragedy has taken an emotional toll on the small community.
Heitmeyer says, "We're all a family here in Buckley and a family member is gone. We're really trying to cope with it, but it's been very difficult."
The other teens involved in the crash, Haley's sister Hannah, and Paige Gokey are out of the hospital and are recovering at home.
Buckley Schools are closed Monday for Haley's funeral.
