OSCELOA COUNTY, MI -- A Newaygo County man took police on a wild chase early Sunday morning.
The suspect, 26, was pulled over shortly after 4 a.m. near 3 Mile Road and 210th Avenue in Richmond Township, Osceola County. The man then sped away and attempted to lose the officer, police said.
After a brief chase, the suspect pulled into a residence and took off on foot. He was captured a short time later. The man was charged with Fleeing and Eluding, Resisting and Obstructing and Operating While Intoxicated.
