PETOSKEY, MI -- The wine industry continues to grow throughout Northern Michigan, and that will be the topic at North Central Michigan College on March 3rd.
The meeting is co-hosted by the college and the Straits Area Grape Growers Association.
Guest speaker Linda Jones, Michigan Department of Agriculture, Grape and Wine Industry Council, will provide an update on the growth of the Michigan wine industry and share information concerning resources provided by the Council. Dr. Robert Marsh, associate dean at North Central Michigan College, will discuss the college’s upcoming Viticulture and Enology program.
The meeting is scheduled March 3rd from 6:30 - 8:00 p.m. in the Science Building, room 279 at NCMC's Petoskey Campus.
