Arrest made in Baker College attempted abduction

CADILLAC -- A  Lake County man is behind bars, accused of an attempted abduction at Baker College more than three months ago.

The Wexford County Sheriff's Office arrested Scott Johnston, 19, of Chase, MI Friday. 

The Sheriff says Johnston tried to kidnap and assault a student as she was walking to her car at Baker College on November 9, 2010.

Johnston is charged with
Count 1: Unlawful Imprisonment
Count 2: Attempted Assault With Intent To Rob While Armed
Count 3: Attempted Criminal Sexual Conduct-Assault With Intent To Commit Sexual Penetration
Count 4: Assault With A Dangerous Weapon (Felonious Assault)
