UPDATE- Man pleads not guilty in Duncan Bay boat arraignment

CHEBOYGAN, MI -- A Sault Ste. Marie man has pleaded not guilty on all four charges stemming from three derelict vessels trapped in Duncan Bay.

50-year old Scotlund Stivers has been formally arraigned on four charges, including water resource protection violation, Great lakes alternate water/land without approval, watercraft pollution/littering from vessel, and water pollution/oil discharge on waters of state.

Stivers' was arraigned Tuesday at the 53rd Circuit Court in Cheboygan County.

The pretrial has been set for April 19th in the 53rd Circuit Court.
