TRAVERSE CITY -- More details are being released on the man who investigators say walked into the Walgreens in Traverse City with a shotgun.
David Czarnecki, 27, of Petoskey was charged Monday with possession of a firearm in a vehicle and in public.
Czarnecki walked into the Walgreens on U.S. 31 across from Meijer early Sunday morning carrying a double barrel shotgun. According to court records he ordered everyone out of the store and said he did "not want to hurt anyone".
After his arrest he allegedly told deputies he intended to kill himself.
