TRAVERSE CITY -- The Traverse City Downtown Development Authority wants to answer questions they've been getting about the new Old Town Parking Deck.

The first floor of the new parking deck is confusing some residents. City leaders have put up new signs to help clear up any problems, but DDA Deputy Director Rob Bacigalupi met up with 7&4 News at the parking deck to give detailed instructions.

Rob Bacigalupi says, "You pull in, you park, you note your parking space. Then you go to one of the pay stations on the first floor by the exits and you pay."

He says they designed the first level to be more like a parking lot, but just remember you pay first not when you leave.
