WASHINGTON, DC -- President Obama marks the mid-point of his term Tuesday night with his second State of the Union address.

White House adviser Valerie Jarrett said that the President will make it clear that he's "absolutely committed to getting our fiscal house in order."

The State of the Union address will be shown live on TV 7 & 4 (NBC) and TV 29 & 8 (ABC) starting at 9:00 p.m..
