TRAVERSE CITY, MI -- TCAPS is hosting another round of Future of Learning Summits.
Beginning today, the 18 Traverse City Area Public Schools will be inviting staff, families and other members of the community to participate in information sessions and discussion groups.
These mini-summits were sparked by the success of last November's Future of Learning Summit.
We spoke with TCAPS Superintendent, Stephen Cousins who said, "What's really coming out is be creative, think way outside of the parameters of what you're currently doing and be mindful of the fact that our students are going to have to work and learn in a much different way than they have to today."
The focus of these summits is to not only discuss what makes TCAPS great, but also what programs can be introduced to meet future students' needs.
