MACKINAC CO., MI -- Sault Ste. Marie Police Chief Judd Price pleaded guilty as charged to operating a vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .17 or higher.
Price was pulled over outside of St. Ignace last month and was arrested for driving drunk.
At a pre-trial hearing Monday in St. Ignace, the judge sentenced Price to six months probation, fines and costs of $1,350, among other probational restrictions.
Sault Ste. Marie City Manager Spencer Nebel suspended Price, who was acting police chief at the time, indefinitely.
