PICKFORD -- A man driving 115 miles-an- hour crashed into a car carrying a woman and her young daughter -- amazingly no one was seriously hurt.

This crash happened Saturday night in downtown Pickford. A deputy saw Michael Jeffson speeding by on M-129 and tried to catch up. Before the officer could catch him he crashed into the other car sending it into a store. Neither Jeffson, the woman driver or her 12-year-old daughter had life threatening injuries. Investigators say Jeffson was drunk and on illegal narcotics. He also fought with arresting officers.

He now faces multiple charges.
