LUDINGTON -- So you think you can make Chili?
Test your skills and put your chili to the test on January 15th at the Ludington Open Qualifier Ice Breaker Chili Cook-off.
The NAIFC Ludington Open Qualifier committee is inviting area residents to enter their best chili recipes for the Ice Breaker Chili Cook-Off, which is being held during the NAIFC Ludington Open Qualifier.
The Cook-Off is being held in conjunction with the mandatory team rules meeting and sponsor expo Saturday, January 15, 2011 from 5 – 7pm at Ramada Inn and Convention Center. Set up is at 4:45 pm and the winner will be determined by the people’s choice.
The entry fee is $5.00 to compete for the cash prize and two round trip tickets aboard the S.S. Badger with auto. The prize purse will be determined by the amount of participants.
A $5.00 fee will be charged to taste all entries.
