Citizens' Law Enforcement Academy
TRAVERSE CITY -- The Traverse City Police Department is hosting its 13th annual Citizens' Law Enforcement Academy in a couple months.
The ten week class starts on March 1st and goes through May 3rd. The classes will meet every Tuesday evening from 6:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m.
Students will learn about the various divisions and functions of the Police Department and gain hands-on experience in firearms. If you are interested in participating, contact the Traverse City Police Department at 231-995-5151.
