Local Ice Sculpture Contest Heats Up for TV Show
WILLIAMSBURG, GRAND TRAVERSE CO. -- Red hot gaming tables meet ice cold winter excitement at Turtle Creek Casino & Hotel as part of new reality TV show on the Food Network.
Monday, January 3 ice sculptors will be transporting their casino themed pieces from Grand Rapids to Williamsburg for the public to see.
The sculptures will be used for gaming during taping of the show Ice Brigade. The designs will include Craps, Roulette, and Blackjack tables.
You can view them from noon to 5:00 p.m. and casino patrons can play actual casino games for fun on the tables from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m.
The Food Network will air the show in spring 2011.
