UPDATE: M-72 reopens

M-72 is open to traffic once again after whiteout conditions shut down a portion in Leelanau County for more than an hour.

The Leelanau County Sheriff's Office shut down M-72 Sunday evening from Maple City Rd. to Pollocks Corner (Coleman Road).
