Snow keeps towing companies busy
TRAVERSE CITY -- A mixture of slippery, wet road conditions along with drivers going too fast have been keeping local towing companies busy for the past couple days.
As cars and trucks venture out onto the snow covered roads, tow truck drivers are ready and waiting to get a phone call from those who need help. Over the past few days those phone calls have been coming in the dozens for Anytime Towing.
Anytime Towing owner, Jesse Degraeve says, "The first snow we get every year people aren't prepared for it. We have more people in the ditch on top of weather bringing on breakdowns."
