The United Way of Northwest Michigan goes beyond the five county region when it comes to helping people in other parts of northern Michigan.
TRAVERSE CITY -- Steve Wade, executive director of the United Way of Northwest Michigan in Traverse City says the organization goes beyond the five county region. He says people in communities from Traverse City to Alpena and even the upper peninsula can get involved with the United Way or use its resources.
