GRAWN, MI -- Northern Michigan Restaurant owners are celebrating Veteran's Day and doing it by giving back to those that served our country.

It's the 10th year in a row that Rico's Cafe in Grawn is offering Veterans a complimentary meal.  The owners of Rico's, Rick and Lori Dubrow opened the doors at 8:00am Thursday morning, starting off the day with a breakfast buffet.  They also served lunch and dinner.  It's all to recognize the dedication of those that fought for our freedom.

World War II Veteran Richard Rizzio says, "It shows their appreciation... it lets you know that they appreciate what was done, not that we deserve anything extra...we did what we had to do but they show that they're remembering and that they haven't forgotten."

The owners started up this tradition after September 11th and will continue to do their part to show appreciation to our country's veterans for years to come.
