LEELANAU CO. -- There will soon be a new place to taste wine in the Traverse City area.

JPRA Architects is designing a new tasting facility for the Brengman Brothers at Crain Hill Vineyards.

The 12-hundred square foot building also features a large private event room.  It will be built with views of Grand Traverse Bay on Crain Hill Road in Leelanau County.

The winery is expected to open next spring.

The company in charge of designing the tasting facility also designed the Somerset Collection in Troy and is currently developing Hotel Indigo in Traverse City.
