ONEKAMA -- A Federal grant will help some Manistee County students have more fun during the school day.
Officials with USDA Rural Development announced Onekama Consolidated Schools will receive a $50,000 grant for new playground equipment.
A ceremony commemorating the grant will take place Thursday, October 21 at 3:00 PM at Leaps and Bounds Early Childhood Center.
The event is open to the public.
