If you have questions about electric, natural gas and telephone rates you can get them answered during a consumer forum being held in Traverse City.
The Michigan Public Service Commission (MPSC) will highlight the latest information on electric and natural gas rates for the winter, and the status of local and long distance telephone service.
The speakers with MPSC will be joined by representatives of utility companies, as well as the Michigan Department of Human Services, Catholic Human Services, the Salvation Army, and the Northwest Michigan Community Action Agency.
The forum will take place at the Grand Traverse Civic Center on Wednesday, Oct. 6 at 6:00 PM.
