MANISTEE -- The Manistee County Sheriff's Office is searching for the person who broke into a fast food restaurant.
It happened early Monday morning at Burger King on the corner of U.S. 31 and Lakeshore Road in Manistee Township.
An employee reported the break-in at 4:20 a.m. when they found a broken window on the main entrance door. During the investigation, deputies found the glass on an inside door of the manager's office was also shattered.
An undetermined amount of money was taken. At this time video footage is being reviewed and more details will be released at a later time.
