MANCELONA -- The Mancelona community will be holding a candlelight vigil for Sgt. Jason Calo Monday night.
It will begin at 9:30 p.m. at Triangle Park, which is at the main traffic light in Mancelona at U.S. 131 and Mancelona Highway.
Sergeant Calo died in Afghanistan while supporting combat operations in the Helmand Province.
The 23-year-old leaves behind his wife Sarah, a 4-year-old daughter and 2-year-old son.
Visitation will take place Monday from 11:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
