BAY HARBOR -- An investigation is underway in Emmet County after an 18,000 square foot home catches fire.
It happened on Preserve Drive in Bay Harbor early Saturday morning.
Petoskey Public Safety officials tell 7&4 news that there was a large party with 150 people held at the home on Friday night. About a dozen people were still there when the house caught fire.
Everyone did get out safely and we're told the fire was under control in about 2 hours.
The State Fire Marshall unit is on scene to help figure out the cause.
