DEEPFIELD TWP -- Daniel Fuller, an Isabella County man accused of killing his sister, is behind bars once again. He is charged with open murder in the death of Iva Fuller.
Fuller was released on parole last Tuesday. The body of his sister was discovered by Saginaw Chippewa Tribal investigators. She was found in a field west of Mt. Pleasant Saturday morning after officials received an anonymous tip. She is believed to have been killed Friday or early Saturday.
Because the crime was committed on reservation land, the FBI has taken over the investigation.
