TRAVERSE CITY -- Oprah is looking for an outgoing, passionate person to host their own show on Oprah's new network "OWN TV:" The Oprah Winfrey Network.
That start may be right here in northern Michigan.
Annie Classens a Traverse City hairdresser and business owner submitted her audition tape and needs your votes to win.
She says she wants to make the world a better place by talking to people and getting them to open up about what makes them unique and happy.
Classens says "owning yourself" and not depending on others is her way of living. She wants to combine that motto with Oprah's "OWN TV" network show voting for Oprah's next big star ends Saturday at 11:59 p.m..
