Friday the grand opening was held
BOYNE CITY, MI -- If you have a sweet tooth, there's a new place to go in Boyne City.
The Alpine Chocolat Haus is famous in Gaylord, and it's expanding its famous candy to the shores of Lake Charlevoix.
Friday was the grand opening of the new shop.
10 new employees have been hired to man the shop in downtown Boyne City.
"We have all of our items that we have in Gaylord, we have here in Boyne City. Our Chocolate covered potato chips we're famous with, we have them here, all of our chocolates in the cases, all that stuff," said owner Bruce Brown.
One reason brown said he decided to put the shop in Boyne City is the growth and the beauty.
