Third Graffiti Arrest In Traverse City

TRAVERSE CITY -- For the third time in two weeks the Traverse City Police Department has arrested a suspect for graffiti.

City Police were called to the area of Union and Front Streets in downtown Traverse City Tuesday night.  A 38-year-old woman was found with cans of spray paint and a star stencil.  Police say seven locations were targeted by the woman. She was also in possession of marijuana.

The suspect is in jail and faces malicious destruction of property and drug possession charges.
